I’m a real estate broker and am often in need of a painter. We have referred Jeff to many of our clients over the years and all have been more than satisfied with his work.

Jeff and his team did a great job painting the inside of my house! They were right on time, friendly and careful handling and covering the furniture. I was a little curious how they would handle my vaulted ceilings with the kitchen cabinets forcing them into awkward angles, but they took care of business, no problem. They moved really quickly without sacrificing quality. I was working from home and could hear them pointing out spots they weren’t happy with. How’s that for proactive? They are perfectionists and you can tell they take pride in their work. I’m so happy with the results, I walked around the house looking for other potential projects. The minute they left, I sent a friend Jeff’s number. I’ll be passing it on to anyone who asks and definitely calling next year when we’re ready to paint the outside. Thanks Jeff & Team!!

Jeff and his team did a great job painting our single story 2,100 sq-ft home. While his quote wasn’t the lowest, he’s insured and bonded, which is very important. You should know that the paint brands he offers are Dunn Edwards and Vista Paint. We really wanted the Sherwin Williams Kilim Beige and luckily, Dunn Edwards did a color match for another customer recently and already had the formula in their system. Jeff brought a crew of 3 guys (Jeremy, Rick and Tao?) and they got the walls, baseboards and door casings done in 3 days. They were fast, professional and paid close attention to detail. The one thing that I was a little disappointed in was that he doesn’t accept credit card, but other than that, I would recommend Jeff and his crew any time for a painting job.

Jeff the House Painting Contractor did a wonderful job painting the exterior of my house. Of the three quotes I got for the job, his was the lowest. Jeff has a contractor’s license for painting. The other companies had licenses but the people who held them lived in Northern California or another state. Jeff assigned a crew to paint my house but Jeff inspected daily and worked with his crew so they knew what to do and in what order. The crew was led by Jeremy and all the crew were polite, efficient, fast, and cleaned up as they went along.

Jeff was very easy to do business with. If anything he was too relaxed. Where the other painters provided detailed quotes about what they would or would not do, Jeff’s quote merely stipulated the number of colors, that he would paint the house, and the price. That doesn’t mean he cut any corners. I had forgotten to ask Jeff to paint the frame of my house numbers (address number) a different color from my house. I mentioned it to Jeremy and he offered to repaint it which he did.

Overall I couldn’t be happier with the way the job was done and the price I paid. I was thinking about repainting part of the inside of my house myself, but seeing what Jeff can do and how quickly has me thinking of hiring him for the job.

I definitely recommend that you hire Jeff the House Painting Contractor for your painting project.

Thank God for Jeff the House Painting Contractor! I was in desperate need of a painter! Due to a Frazee tint change in there base paint I was unable to match my townhouse’s paint for touch ups. And I had a renter moving in in four days. So I had to get my townhouse re- painted FAST! Jeff’s came out right away to look at the property and to make sure we we’re on the same page. He’s price was very reasonable. His crew was super fast and they did a great job! They we’re very professional! So glad I called Jeff!

Jeff came out to give us a bid within a couple days of initial request. He was friendly and professional. His bid came in substantially lower than other contractors so we decided to sign with him. His crew was punctual and polite and finished the exterior painting of our house within a week. We are impressed with his work and professionalism and would recommend him to anyone with a painting project!

I hired Jeff and crew to paint the outside of a rental house, here in Oceanside, From the estimate process to the finished product, he was on time, I found him to be honest, and professional. The job it’s self is was started on time and finished a day early. The site was left clean, and complete. The estimate was reasonable. I am pleased with the work provided, so much so that they will quote another property, as well as my personal home.

We had a great experience with Jeff. The job was completed in a couple of days as promised. The house looks great.
